In Concordian economics, an economic bubble is defined as a separation of monetary wealth from real wealth. A bubble can be measured both geometrically and mathematically. Measures can be taken for the abatement of its negative effects.

A confluence of impelling crises requires this synthesis. Here I argue for the institution of a global currency – the Bancor – first proposed by John Maynard Keynes at Bretton Woods in 1944.
