To me, the top three fake American intellects after the end of World War II are Milton Friedman, Ayn Rand, and Francis Fukuyama. Their works achieved some success in their respective times, but failed to stand the test of time!
1. Who is Milton Friedman?
Milton Friedman religiously preached for individualism and freedom, without basically understanding the role of government (What is the role of government?). As a result, most of his political works are out of date, if not completely wrong.
In short, Milton Friedman is mostly a man of the past!

2. Who is Ayn Rand?
Ayn Rand was a successful novelist. But her works on philosophy should be no longer relevant because they are just too extreme and more wrong than right.

3. Who is Francis Fukuyama?
Francis Fukuyama achieved fame via his 1989 article entitled The End of History?, in which he triumphally raised the possibility that western liberal democracy could possibly be the permanent winner of human evolution, thus ending history.
What an idiotic proposition!
China’s comeback over the past few decades has smashed his works into the trash bin!
