Correctly Assessing President Joe Biden

Correctly Assessing President Joe Biden

President Biden left office on January 20, 2025, with one of the lowest approving ratings in history (Biden Set to Leave Office Less Popular Than Trump After J6).

Why is that?

Here is one major reason: President Biden was largely incapacitated for quite a while. Two prominent examples:

However, it was a secret kept from the public until June 27, 2024, when he had his first debate with Trump in the 2024 election – All hell broke loose afterward: He had to abandon his 2024 election bid shortly after that (“I’m Urging You Not to Run”: How Schumer Pushed Biden to Drop Out).

Now, let me assess his Presidency in terms of the good, the bad, and the ugly …

1. President Biden: the good

Three points:

  • Restoring normalcy
  • Covid-19
  • Ending the war in Afghanistan.

To briefly highlight each …

1.1 Restoring normalcy

Many Americans were so fed up with Trump’s unorthodox Presidency that just by not being Trump, Biden not only won the 2020 election, but also sailed through his first 100 days in the White House without needing to do much.

1.2 Covid-19

President Biden did well for the first few months, especially in terms of vaccines and vaccination, although he was primarily riding on a good wave, such as the availability of the vaccines.

1.3 Ending the war in Afghanistan

He did it, after both Presidents Obama and Trump (45) failed! For more on this war, read Wikipedia – War in Afghanistan.

2. President Biden: the bad

Overall, the Biden Presidency failed for one main reason: too ambitious and too incompetent!

To briefly highlight each …

2.1 Too ambitious

Elected as a spot-filler, President Biden tried to be a great one, as highlighted below.

It was out of time and out of self-awareness, totally!

2.2 Too incompetent

He continued to march on the wrong path of the establishment, which Americans rejected in 2016, by hiring the establishment people for the top jobs in his administration, as highlighted below.

As a result, the American people again rejected the establishment in 2024!

3. President Biden: the ugly

Four points:

  • The war in Ukraine
  • The wars in the Middle East
  • The 2024 election
  • Hunter Biden pardon.

To briefly highlight each …

3.1 The war in Ukraine

President Biden could have prevented it from breaking out but chose not to. Worse yet, he tried his best to perpetuate it, as highlighted by the image below.

For more, read The war in Ukraine: one year on.

3.2 The wars in the Middle East

President Biden could have stopped the war in Gaza shortly after 10/7/2023, but chose not to. Worse yet, he deliberately chose to showcase his support of Israel by visiting it on 10/18/2023, greenlighting the genocide ensued!

Below is an excerpt:

Prof. Mohammad Marandi: “Israel has demolished the soft power of the United States … In a recent interview, Biden admitted that he knew that Israel was planning to carpet bomb Gaza and he let them do it.”

3.3 The 2024 election: two nightmares

First this:

Then this:

As a result, America re-elected Trump as the President in 2024! For more, read Why and how did I vote for Trump in 2024?

3.4 Hunter Biden pardon

The image below is worth more than 1,000 words (Biden gives son Hunter ‘unconditional’ pardon).

This act was so disgracefully history-making that 100 years from now, it will be his only legacy that people remember.

4. Discussion

President Biden is just yet another American President who, throughout his Presidency, damaged America more than all of America’s enemies had done, combined!

Three examples:

  • Gaza
  • Preemptive pardons
  • Excessive number of pardons.

To briefly highlight each …

4.1 Gaza

4.2 Preemptive pardons

Two informative readings:

4.3 Excessive number of pardons

5. More discussion

It’s the system, stupid!

6. Closing

Time is the best judge for everything, including American Presidents. But the sooner we can do it for President Biden, the better for America!
